Sell Wine Over the Phone

We sell wine direct to consumers for our winery clients. 
We believe in a NO CAP commission structure where brand representatives are rewarded directly for their individual and team efforts.  Wineries provide us with all the leads so there is NO cold calling.  We believe in games, trophies and recognition for a job well done, and our culture is based strongly on earned rewards.  We also realize that there are really two clients we work for - our winery clients AND their customers, and we want to grow and sustain our business through long term relationships with both.

When first hired, you are immersed into a multi-week training session taught by industry veterans.  You spend one-on-one time with the company founders and learn about what we're building.  You listen to dozens of live sales calls using state of the art technology that lets you experience the sales as they occur.  You work in a supportive environment that fosters teamwork, encourages questions, and rewards achievements.

We are one of the INC 500 fastest growing companies in the United States and we have created long-term relationships with many of the most prestigious winery brands in the industry. If your sales skills are top notch, we will provide training and education in our industry.  No prior knowledge of wine or selling wine is required. 

Pay = Hourly + Commission + Bonuses + Wine Club residuals + Incentives

MUST LIVE WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF OUR OFFICE IN SANTA ROSA
Work exclusively out of our office in Santa Rosa. This is not a telecommuting job.


HOURS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE
Monday—Thursday    11:30am -- 8:00pm  
Friday    9:30am-6:00pm 
5 Saturdays a year   8:00am-4:30pm
